摘要
针对固定翼大梁零件的整个工艺过程进行了分析和优化,重点介绍了零件的工艺性、加工难点、工艺方案的制定和CATIA编程,最终形成一套比较稳定完善的工艺方案,保证了零件的加工品质和效率。
This article gives the Analysis and Optimization for the whole process for Beam of Fixed-Wing,it mainly focuses on part manufacturability,processing difficulties,process program development,and programming in CATIA.At the end,it will give a relatively stable and satisfactory process,Which can improve the quality of parts and the process effectiven-ess.
