摘要
针对采购管理工作的信息化程度还比较低、采购效率普遍不高的问题,提出了采购部门要成为信息沟通的媒介、建立柔性化的采购组织、重新构筑与供应商的关系以及机械设备采购后验收的采购管理模式。
Focused on the low level of information technology for procurement management,procurement efficiency is generally not high.A new mode of procurement management,procurement departments to become a medium of communication of information,establishment of flexible procurement organization,to re-build procurement and supplier relationships as well as machinery and equipment acceptance.
