摘要
电力系统的运行操作,就是变更电力系统设备状态的行为,应按照规程规定的调度关系和操作制度,在值班调度员的指挥下进行。笔者总结了在运行操作中应遵循的原则和注意事项,为保证电力系统运行操作的安全性、正确性提供了有力的支持。
