摘要 把CDIO工程实践理念用到"数控生产实训"课程教学改革中,着重培养学生在产业界所需要的生存和成长的知识、能力和素质,学会在团队中相互学习和团队互动、分享成果,从被动继承知识为主的学习被引导至主动地积极对未知事物的探索学习中,在获得知识的过程中,逐渐培养了专业能力,增强自信心,收获成就感,获得了在产品、过程和系统建造能力方面所掌握的知识能力和态度,取得了良好的教学效果。 In this paper,the CDIO engineering practice philosophy used in CNC production training course teaching reform with emphasis on cultivating the knowledge,ability and quality of students needed for survival and growth in the industry,learn to learn from each other in teams and team interaction.sharing of results from passive inherited knowledge-based learning is directed to take the initiative to actively explore the learning of the unknown,gradually develop in the process of access to knowledge,professional competence,enhanced self-confidence,and harvest a sense of accomplishment in product knowledge ability and attitude in the process and system builders the ability to obtain good teaching effect.
