大口径油气输送管道开孔刀具的设计

摘要 所研制的大口径流体输送管道开孔刀具,主要应用与在役钢质流体输送管道不停输维抢修、改造作业过程中。该设计以X70高强度管线钢为工件材料,结合大口径流体钢管不停输开孔过程中的运动参数要求,选用高速钢M48为刀片材料。根据金属切削原理,设计了合理的刀体、刀片几何形状,并分析了刀片与刀体的焊接工艺,采用"三体一膏"感应银钎焊方法,实现刀片与刀体的连接。现场试验中所研制开孔刀具,切削性能良好,未出现磨损、崩刃、脱落等现象。 The cutter is used to make large-diameter hot taps on metal pipe,it is required to be able to tap a 40inchs API5L grade X70 pipe.Based on the principles of metal cutting,we select AISI M48 for cutter tip material.Also,a reasonable shape of the cutter body is designed.We use Silver Brazing method to connect to the cutter body.Analysis of the Field Test shows that the cutter has well cutting performance without breaking and dropping.
