摘要
提出了三相逆变器缓冲电路的元件参数计算方法 ,并给出了开关管关断电压的仿真波形 .其结果证明了理论分析的正确性 。
This paper discussed overvoltage snubber circuit and its compoment parametric compulation on triphase inverter,and gived it out of simulation waveform of switchcomponent overvoltage.The result demonstrated the theory analysis exactly.It raised concrete calculation formulae for compoment parametric exactly choice on triphase inverter.
