临床医学专业学位研究生培养现状与改进策略

Discussion on current status of the cultivation of clinical medical postgraduates in China

临床医学专业学位研究生教育是我国高等医学教育的重要组成部分。试从我国当前的培养模式、存在的问题、改革方向及前景进行分析，提出可从建立统一的培养标准、构建不同层次学历体系、严格导师遴选及降低科研工作比重四方面进行针对性改革，以满足目前国内医疗卫生人才培养之需求。

Clinical medical postgraduate education is an important part of higher education in China. We analyzed the current status, major problems existed, direction of the reform and the pros- pect in the training system. Unifying cultivation criterion, diversifying form of academic degree system, making selection standard strict for advisors and decreasing the proportion of research work for doctors were considered as the effective measures to address these issues.
