This paper analyzes the real competition situation of the universities and colleges of agriculture and forestry,and discusses the advantage and disadvantage of competition among higher education candidates,materials and social position to find out the deep causes of low competitive force.According to the development of universities and colleges of agriculture and forestry,several solutions are put forward such as defining the self-position,seeking the development characteristics,widening investment channels and creating the new system for recruiting and employment.
