摘要
通过教师领导方式的分类,对河北农业大学一年级女生8个排球专项班进行跟踪实验与观察,采取4种领导方式分别进行教学,根据考试成绩和学生反馈,分析和探讨不同的领导方式对课堂效果会产生不同的影响,明确最优的教师领导方式,以期更好的提高课堂教学效果,达到教书育人的目标。
By classifying teacher's leadership styles,the author observed and tracked the experiment on eight volleyball classes of freshman girls in Agriculture University of Hebei.Taking four leadership styles respectively for instruction,and according to the test scores and students' feedback,this paper analyzed and discussd different teaching effects from different styles of leadership,then figure out the best teacher leading style,which as a result,can not only improve the teaching effect,but also achieve the goal of educating people.
