摘要
在全国文化体制改革的推动下,高校科技期刊作为期刊家族中的一个特殊成员,也同样面临机遇与挑战。高校科技期刊如何在这场改革中找准自己的定位,认为高校科技期刊应逐步实现由数量型向规模效益型;内容由综合性向专业化;由纸质版向网络化、数字化;学术型编辑向复合型人才方向的迈进,创精品期刊,提高期刊的国际竞争力。
Chinese university journals of science and technology,as a special body,are also facing to various opportunities and challenges under the big situation of China-wide cultural system reform.In terms of its orientation in the publication transformation it is suggested that how to make accurate orientation lines in step-by-step realization of a leap by transferring of Chinese scientific and technological journals from quantity to scale merit;syntheses to specialization;printed paper publication to network or online publication and learned editors to versatile talents so as to create the most competitive journals home and abroad.
