摘要 产学合作是我国职业教育改革与发展的方向。将产学合作应用在高职模具专业的建设与改革中,分别从确定正确的培养目标和课程建设体系,重视双师型队伍建设,加强校内实践教学基地建设,校企共同实施"双证书"教育,顶岗实习、毕业设计与就业安置"三合一",增强就业竞争意识和进行生产型实训等六个方面实施和探索,运用"322"产学合作人才培养模式培养高素质、高技能、创新型的金牌蓝领。 Industry-university cooperation is the trend of China's vocational education reform and development. The paper mainly focuses on the application of industry-university cooperation into the construction and reform of mold major in vocational school. It deals respectively with the following six aspects, namely, establishment of correct training objective and curriculum, the emphasis of dual-qualified teaching faculty, the strengthening of the campus practice teaching bases, a common implementation of school-enter- prise "double certificate" education, "triple play" of internship, graduation thesis and employment to improve competitiveness, and employment training. The aim is to take the "3-2-2" talent training model to produce high quality, skilled and innovative workers to the society.
