摘要
独立学院教学团队建设面临重视不够、缺乏有影响力的团队带头人、效果评价标准有待建立、教师的积极性有待进一步提高等问题和困境,建议改善外部环境制度,完善内部管理机制,做到充分准备,稳步推进;实事求是,重视落实;奖惩并行,全面评价;成就教师,学生成长。
Independent college teaching team face seriously insufficient,lack of effective team leader and effective evaluation criteria,the enthusiasm of teachers needs to be further improved and other difficulties,suggestions to improve the external environment system,improve the internal management mechanism,full preparation,seek truth from facts,ensure a steady advance;comprehensive evaluation;by combination of achievement rewards and punishments,help teachers and students growth.
