摘要
教学反思是教师成长的原动力,将形成性评估融入评估体系是反思性教学的必然,同时,学生在评估中的反馈也为教学反思提供了新的源泉。笔者从教师和学生两个层面分析了以评促教中需注意的问题。
Reflective approach promotes the development of the teachers and brings the formative assessment into the evaluation system.Meanwhile the feedback of the students is the great source of the teacher reflection.The paper points out some matters for attention from the aspects of the teachers and the students in the process of promoting teaching quality by assessment.
