摘要
依据朱砂与配方中其它药材之间的相对密度有显著差异的特性,选用重悬浮液——四氯化碳,经悬浮离心之后,使朱砂与其它药材相分离,然后进行朱砂的化学定量分析。据此,对4种含朱砂的散剂进行了模拟试验,同时与硫氰酸盐法比较。其结果硫氰酸盐法与本法测得朱砂(以HgS计)的回收率分别为95.27~98.80%和93.04~96.40%,变异系数均小于1%。
Gravitating suspension method was used in thesimulation experiments for about four Chinese traditional medical powders containing cinnabar. Itwas compared with thiocyanate method. The reco-veries of cinnabar (measured by HgS)with gravita-ting suspension method were 93. 04% ~ 96. 40% (n=5)and with thiocyanate method 95. 27% ~ 98. 80% (n=5)All coefficients of variation were less than 1%.
