摘要
分析了马歇尔式集群和轮轴式集群两类集群技术创新激励机制的差异,认为相对于马歇尔式集群,轮轴式产业集群中企业更有利于降低技术创新成本,提高技术创新收益并有效促进企业技术创新活动。旨在对地方政府制定产业政策有借鉴意义:为促进集群发展和技术升级,必须针对不同类型的产业集群实施不同的集群创新发展策略。
This paper analyzes the differences of motivation mechanisms of technological innovation for Mars- hall Cluster and Wheel shaft Cluster. It is believed that compared to Marshall Cluster, Wheel shaft cluster is more favorable to reduce the cost of technology innovation, increase its benefit and promote the technological innovation activity of enterprises effectively. It is aimed to provide reference for the local government to make industrial policy. To promote cluster development and technological upgrading, different strategies of cluster innovative development have to be carried out according to different types of industrial cluster.
