摘要
新时期公共图书馆读者服务工作首先要更新服务理念:坚持开放服务、主动服务和多元服务;其次要主动转变读者服务工作,从专业化、网络化、特色化方面满足读者的需求。
The reader service work of public library in new period should be carried out in renewing service ideas first, i.e., sticking to open service, active service and multiple services, and secondly in actively change reader service work, i.e., meeting readers' needs in profession, network and characteristics.
