The resource recycling industry represented by domestic waste recycling is a fundamental industry beneficial for sound social and economic development.Disordering competitions in the industry is the main reason for low efficiency,zero efficiency and insufficiency of the market mechanism;therefore,it is imperative to set up a market structure with ordered competitions.This paper reveals the operation mechanism of the industrial chain and the methods for achieving ordered competition in the resource recycling market through investigation and analysis of the resource recycling industrial chain in China.
