摘要
设计合成了一种新型的BODIPY类荧光染料分子,并采用红外、核磁和质谱等手段对其进行表征,同时对反应条件进行了优化.结果表明:在碘代反应中,采用I2/HIO3作为碘代试剂,当I2的用量为1,3,5,7,8-五甲基BODIPY的4倍时,产率可达到87.7%;在Sonogashira偶联反应中,钯催化剂的用量为二碘代BODIPY的4%时,产率可达57.7%.
A new fluorescent dye with BODIPY was synthesized and characterized by FTIR, NMR and MS, and the reaction conditions were optimized. The results show that in the iodo-subsituted reaction, the yield can reach 87.7% when the amount of I2 equivalent to 1, 3, 5, 7, 8-pentamethyl BODIPY is 4 using I2/HIO3 as iodo reagent. In the Sonogashira coupling reaction, the yield can reach 57.7% if the amount of palladium catalyst is 4% of diiodo-subsituted BODIPY.
