摘要
厌氧流化床反应器(AFBR)属于生物膜法的一种,它以惰性颗粒为载体充填在床内,使之表面覆盖生物膜,以比表面积大、传质速率大和悬浮固体浓度高为主要优势.迄今已有大量的研究旨在建立AFBR的数学模型,以优化反应器和工艺控制系统的设计,提高运行效率.文章综述了AFBR的各种数学模型,为优化AFBR的设计提供了依据.
The anaerobic fluidized bed reactor(AFBR) is one of biofilm processes. It is filled with inertial granule as carrier, so that the surface is covered with biofilm. It has the advantages of larger specific surface,high mass transfer rate and high concentration of suspended solids. Substantial existing researches are aimed at establishing mathematical models, optimizing the design of reactor and process control system to enhance the operational efficiency. This article summarized every mathematical models ,and provided evidences for the optimization of AFBR design.
