不同磷脂对皮肤稳态作用的比较研究

COMPARATIVE STUDIES OF DIFFERENT PHOSPHATIDES ON THE STABLE STATE OF SKIN

利用从猪脑组织中提取的 3种磷脂 (PC、SPL、PE) ,采用皮肤外敷试验 ,以角质层水分含量和角质细胞脂褐素含量为指标 ,探讨磷脂对皮肤稳态的作用 .结果表明 ,三种磷脂均可有效防止皮肤水分丢失 ,但以三种磷脂的混合使用效果最好 .在降低角质细胞脂褐素含量方面 。

Using three species of phosphatides extracted from brain tissues of mammals, adopting the external application test, and taking the water content of cuticle and lipofuscin content of horn cells as targets, we discussed the effect of phosphatide on the state of skin. The results indicated that phosphatide could play a very important role in the stable state of skin.In preventing water of skin from lossing, the combining effect of three kinds of phosphatide was the best, and in decreasing the lipofuscin content of horn cells, the effect of lecithin was the most obvious.
