肿瘤微环境中的相关免疫细胞 被引量:4

摘要 癌细胞发生和存在是一个多因素参与的过程,包括正常细胞的遗传变异也包括癌细胞的生理学改变以及人体防御机制的改变。我们都知道细胞性质的改变,例如癌基因功能放大,抑癌基因功能缺失,对于癌症的发生发展是非常重要的因素。但除此之外人体的正常防御机制也在其中发挥着关键作用,尤其是既往研究已经发现在多种肿瘤组织中存在着免疫细胞。然而这些免疫因素对于肿瘤发生发展的作用究竟是促进还是抑制尚无定论。在此对肿瘤浸润免疫细胞和肿瘤的关系做一初步综述。
