新生代农民工是我国特殊国情下产生的年轻群体,是我国工业化、城市化的新鲜血液,是影响我国经济、政治、文化和社会发展的一支不容忽视的重要力量。做好这个年轻群体的思想政治教育工作,对他们自身的全面健康发展以及对我国的社会主义现代化建设与和谐社会的构建都具有重要的现实意义。因此,必须充分考虑新生代农民工思想政治现状,积极探索思想政治教育的新规律、新特点、新方式,综合运用多种教育方法,多角度地开展新生代农民工思想政治教育工作,切实提高思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。

China＇s new generation of migrant workers,a youth group arisen from China＇s specific conditions,is a significant force influencing China＇s economic,political,cultural and social development.Since providing these workers with sufficient ideological and political education is crucial for their own all-round development,the socialist modernization of our country and the construction of a harmonious society,we should fully consider this group＇s current ideological and political state,explore new laws,new features,new ways of its ideological and political education,and innovate the education by enhancing its pertinence and efficiency substantially.
