理工科高校本科法学教育模式探索——兼论重庆邮电大学信息法学人才培养

Research on the Undergraduate Education Mode of Law in the College of Science and Technology: On the Talents Cultivation of Information Law in Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications

我国法学本科人才培养存在比较严重的同质化问题,难以满足经济社会科学发展对法律人才的多样性需求。理工科高校具有理工科专业资源优势,其法学人才培养的基本定位应当是通晓法律和技术的复合型人才。理工科高校应该在尊重法学教育规律的前提下,在法学与学校优势理工学科的结合点和交汇点上确定法学专业的发展方向。课程设置应该体现法学与优势学科的融合,以社会需求为导向,坚持学生知识、能力和素质的协调发展。应当丰富和创新教学方法,借鉴理工科实验室教学经验,创新法学实验教学模式,关注产、学、研相结合的人才培养模式。重庆邮电大学依托学校信息学科优势,法学人才培养凸显信息法学特色,在探索中取得了一些成绩。当然,理工科高校特色法学教育还存在如何在有限的大学四年中予以合理安排与协调人文、社科、理工等各类课程,以及当前师资大多数缺乏复合型学科背景等亟待解决的难题。

The homogeneity problem has been existed in the undergraduate education of law in China,which is hard to meet various requirements of economic,social and scientific development.The college of science and technology has the specialty superiority in science and technology,and it should aim to cultivate the compound talent who is familiar with law and technology.The college of science and technology should follow the rule of law education and determine the direction of law major at the junction of law education and dominant specialties of science and engineering.The combination of modern law and dominant specialty should be embodied in the curriculum,which follows the social requirement orientation and adheres to the harmonious development of students＇ knowledge,ability and quality.Hence,we should enrich and innovate the teaching methods,learn the teaching experience of laboratory of science and engineering,innovate the experiment teaching mode of law,and pay attention to the talent cultivation mode of the combination of production,teaching,and research.Relying on the specialty superiority of information science,the legal talent cultivation of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications has gained some achievements in exploration.Indeed,there are many problems still existing in law education for college of science and technology,such as how to arrange the courses of humanities,social science,natural science and engineering and the absence of teachers who are familiar with different disciplines.
