摘要 职业调整是保障美国残疾人平等就业的一种有效方法。本文介绍了美国职业调整的法律基础、调整的内容和实施步骤,并揭示对我国职业调整的启示。 Job Accommodation of American is effective to ensure the equal employment of domestic disabilities. This paper introduced its legal basis, contents and procedures.
