摘要
仿形仪高速跟踪扫描模型表面的尖点区域时 ,其压偏量变化过大 ,会降低仿形加工的精度 .针对这一问题 ,应用自行设计的具有独立CPU的智能卡 ,根据模型表面的光滑性调节仿形仪的跟踪扫描速度 。
When the tracer scans the areas of the sharp points on the model surface at very high speed, the deviation will change greatly. It will deteriorate the copying manufacturing precision. To solve this problem, applying the self\|designed intelligence card which has its own CPU, the authors design and realize the self\|learning control in copying by adjusting the tracing speed of the tracer according to the smoothness of the model surface.
