尝试构建城乡一体化评价的指标体系,从农村土地综合整治的视角,分析其对主要指标的影响度,并说明城乡一体化对农村土地综合整治的反作用,从而全面阐释土地综合整治对城乡一体化之间的相辅相成的关系。认为农村土地综合整治是我国新形势下的一项重要战略举措,是改善农村生产生活条件以及生态环境、缩小城乡差距的重要途径。但在具体操作的过程中,一定要注意方式方法,以尊重民意作为出发点和落脚点,科学开展、循序渐进。

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence degree of the main urban-rural integration indices from land synthesized consolidation＇s angle by building a assessment index system, and to prove the reaction of the urban-rural integration. It is concluded that land synthesized consolidation is an important strategical measure in the new era, and it is also an important method to develop the living and farming conditions, ecological environment in rural area, and to narrow the gap between urban and rural area. But we must pay much attention to the method and style during the work. We should take the public opinion as the starting point and foothold in a scientific planning step by step.
