摘要
以枞酸为原料,通过中间体富马海松酸三酰胺,采用非光气法合成了富马海松酸三酰基异氰酸酯,以该新型的异氰酸酯单体制备了聚氨酯泡沫塑料;并以富马海松酸三酰基异氰酸酯为中间体进一步与苄胺及氟代苄胺反应合成了4个新酰基脲化合物,通过抗癌活性的筛选实验,初步研究了它们的生物活性。1)以枞酸为起始物,通过与马来酸酐的D-A加成反应、水解反应、酰化反应、氨解反应得到富马海松酸三酰胺,再与草酰氯反应合成了目标化合物——富马海松酸三酰基异氰酸酯,通过其与甲醇反应产物2a进行了间接结构鉴定。富马海松酸三酰基异氰酸酯产率为77.50%,其与2a均为首次合成。首次培养得到富马海松酸三酰胺-甲醇化合物的单晶,用x射线衍射光谱进行了晶体解析。
Triacylisocyanate of fumaropimaric acid was synthesized from abietic acid through triacid amide of fumaropimaric acid by non-phosgene route. The new-style isocyanate was applied to prepare polyurethane foam. Triacylisocyanate of fumaropimaric acid reacted with benzylamine and fluoro benzylamine. Four acyl urea compounds were obtained. Their biological activities were preliminary studied, as well. 1 )Triacylisocyanate of fumaropimaric acid was synthesized from abietic acid, through Diels-Alder reaction, hydrolysis reaction, acylation reaction and ammonolysis reaction, etc. The structure was characterized indirectly by the compound (2a) which reacted with methanol, through FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS(ESI). The yield of triacylisocyanate of fumaropimaric acid was 77.50%. Triacylisocyanate of fumaropimaric acid and 2a were synthesized for the first time. In addition, the single crystal of triacid amide of fumaropimaric acid was obtained for the first time and was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction.
