细粒酒精模型冰的物理性质研究

Studies on physical properties of fine grain ethanol model ice

依据实测数据 ,给出酒精溶液冻结温度和制冰过程中冰池大厅气温、冰表面附近气温、冰温和溶液温度 .介绍模型冰密度、冰内未冻液体含量的实测方法和结果 .

The freezing points of ethanol solution, air temperature in the hall, air temperature near ice surface, ice temperature, solution temperature in the basin are given based on the measured data. The measurements and the results of ice density and unfrozen solution are introduced. The factors on physical properties of model ice are obtained, and no temperature effect on ice mechanical properties is concluded.
