摘要
人才是第一资源的新形势下,因制度、历史遗留等原因导致国有建筑企业人才流失严重,人力资源危机成为国有建筑企业实现可持续发展的主要瓶颈。企业要留住人才,依靠人才支撑发展,只有从工作环境、人才培养、薪酬分配、激励机制等方面入手,不断提高员工的成就感和满意度,才能真正选好人、育好人、用好人、留住人,推动企业科学持续发展。
Talent is the first resource in new situation. Brain bleed in state-owned construction enterprises arises from system and historical problems and so on. Thus, the risk of human resources has hindered the sustainable development of the enterprises. Therefore, in order to retain talent and propel the development of an enterprise, the enterprises should establish an incentive to boost the staff to achieve sense of achievement and improve their satisfaction from the perspectives of working situation, training and pay distribution.
