This paper bases on Uygur Chinese translation works,from the view of cross culture comnmnication , through the analysis of works of culture additional meaning in different words, explore the national culture psychology that reflected from this difference , so that we can grasp the relationship between language and culture more effectively, to improve the ability of intercuhutal communication.
