摘要
对贵州赫章鲕状赤铁矿进行了磨矿产品细度、捕收剂选择及用量、抑制剂淀粉用量试验研究,结果表明,在磨矿产品细度为-0.074 mm占85%,粗选组合捕收剂GE-609和RAP-138各200 g/t,淀粉用量为1 400 g/t情况下,采用1次反浮粗选流程,可获得铁品位57.82%、回收率73.69%、含磷0.22%的铁精矿。
Abstract For Guizhou Hezhang Oolitic Hematite,made experimental study on fineness of grinding mineral products, Collectors choice and dosage, Inhibitor content. The results show that when fineness of grinding minerals is -0. 074 mm of 85%, roughing combined collector GE-609 and RAP-138 is 200 g/t respectively, doseage of starch is 1 400 g/t, adopt one time reverse-floating roughing processes, and ob- tain Iron ore concentrate which iron grade is 57.82%, recovery rate is 73.69% ,Phosphorus is 0. 22%.
