摘要
汽车本身就是一个具有质量、弹性和阻尼的振动系,各部分的结构、特性决定了它的固有频率,在行驶中,车速、车轮、发动机、传动系的精度、旋转件的不平衡及悬挂系统的减振阻尼效果等都会形成激振源,当激振与整车的固有频率接近时,引起整车共振。针对国内某款车型在开发过程中出现的传动系问题,从控制零件配合尺寸、装配方法及相关子零件的参数控制等方法解决问题,从而降低汽车噪声及振动,同时也为汽车工程技术人员在汽车开发过程中提供借鉴。

While the vehicle moving, the speed, wheel, engine, transmission system' s precision, unbalance of the Rntating parts, and vibratinn damping of the suspension system will be the excitation source. When the natural frequency closed to the excitation' s frequency, the vehicle resonance. This paper focuses on one car transmission problems that arise during the development process, from to control the size of the part and assembly, and the parameter of sub-parts to solve the problem, and then reduce the automobile noise and the vibration, as well as provided some experience to the automotive engineering while the vehicle's design.
