摘要
本文以四官能团氨基环氧树脂为基体,碳纤维T700为增强材料,缠绕制备了光纤缠绕用正交各向异性碳纤维复合材料线轴。结果表明:正交各向异性碳纤维复合材料线轴的径向热膨胀系数为0.4×10-6/℃,轴向热膨胀系数主要取决于树脂基体,灌注层越厚,线轴的热膨胀系数越大。
This paper provides an orthotropie carbon fiber composite materials bobbin for winding an optical fibre by the use of winding method ,which the four functional amino epoxy resin as matrix, and the T700 carbon fiber as reinforcing material. The results show that the orthotropie carbon composite materials bobbin having a circumferential thermal expansion coefficient was 0.4 ×10-6℃ ,and an axial thermal expansion coefficient was determined by the resin matrix. The thicker the resin infusion layer, the bigger the thermal expansion coefficient of bobbin.
