摘要
目的观察痛风患者饮用天然苏打水的效果。方法选择已诊断为痛风的男性患者62例进行人群观察。给予饮食及饮水指导,饮世罕泉天然苏打水四周,观察血尿酸值变化。结果饮水后血尿酸下降总有效率为80.6%,显效率为64.5%,显著性分析表明饮水前后血尿酸值有明显差异。结论饮用天然苏打水对痛风患者降低血尿酸值有显著的辅助作用。
Objective Drinking in patients with gout, observe the effect of natural soda water. Methods Select male patients with a diagnosis of gout among 62 cases were observed. Given food and water direc- tions, around drinking Shi Han Quan natural soda water to observe the changes in uric acid, uric acid be- fore and after the drinking water for comparison. Result Total efficiency of decrease in blood uric acid af- ter drinking water was 80.6%, show the efficiency as 64.5%, significant drinking water before and after analysis showed that there is significant differences in serum uric acid. Conclusion Drinking natural so- da water on reducing uric acid in patients with gout has a significant supporting role.
