摘要
从角色、职业、组织、社会四个方面入手,深刻剖析了导致高职院校辅导员职业倦怠的成因,并在此基础上,从师资队伍建设的外延和内涵两个维度出发,有针对性地提出了应对策略。
This paper analyzes profoundly the professional tiredness of counselors in vocational colleges from the role,profession,organization and society and puts forward the targeted countermeasures from two dimensions of extension and intension in staff construction.
