舟山群岛新区海洋旅游产业可持续发展研究——基于新加坡案例的启示

On Sustainable Development of Marine Tourism Industry on Zhoushan Islands,New District ——Based on Revelation of Singapore Case

新加坡作为可持续旅游发展先行者,注重保存历史和弘扬特色文化、因地制宜开发旅游景点、重视旅游产业的规划管理和旅游品牌的营销、提升旅游产业链的整体竞争力等经验既是国家的范例,也是城市的范例。舟山与新加坡,不论在自然条件还是在多元文化融合等方面,均有许多相似之处。文章总结了新加坡经验和舟山海洋旅游产业发展现状,就舟山海洋旅游的可持续发展,提出了强化海洋旅游可持续发展理念、发扬善于创新的精神、完善管理体制和保障机制、探索开放型的可持续发展路径等建议。

Singapore, as a pioneer of sustainable tourism development, focusing on the preservation of history, promoting cultural characteristics and local conditions to develop tourism attractions, putting great importance to the tourism industry planning, management and marketing of the tourism brand to enhance the overall competitiveness of the tourism industry chain, which can be both a national example and an example of the city. Zhoushan and Singapore, both in natural conditions, historical evolution, muhicuhural fusion and etc., have many similarities. Based on the experience of Singapore and the current situation of Zhoushan marine tourism industry development, this paper puts forward some suggestions like strengthening the concept of sustainable development of marine tourism, carrying forward the spirit of innovation, improving the management system and guaranteeing mechanisms and exploring the open sustainable development way to develop Zhoushan marine tourism.
