高等职业院校在海洋经济时代的发展战略思考

Strategic Thinking of Higher Vocational Colleges in the Ocean Economy Era

为促进和提高高等职业院校服务海洋经济发展的能力,通过对海洋科研和海洋高等职业教育发展情况的研究,海洋经济发展对人才的需求以及目前高等职业院校涉海类专业人才培养情况的研究,在基于国家和区域发展海洋经济的核心内容上,提出了满足第一、二、三产业需要的涉海专业建设思路,以使高等职业院校的人才培养和人才质量满足区域与地方海洋经济发展的需要。

In order to promote and improve the abilities of higher vocational colleges to serve the development of ocean economy, through the research on ocean and higher ocean vocational education development, some suggestions based on the core content of national and regional development of ocean economy have been put forward to meet the requirment of the construction of primary, secondary and tertiary industries and improve the higher ocean vocational training institution and personnel quality to meet the needs of regional and local ocean economic development.
