基于读者满意度的高校图书馆问卷调查分析——以浙江国际海运职业技术学院图书馆为例

Questionnaire Analysis of University Library Based on Reader’s Satisfaction Degree——A Case Study of Zhejiang International Maritime College Library

浙江国际海运职业技术学院图书馆对学生进行了图书馆的利用状况、馆藏文献资源满意度、服务工作满意度的问卷调查,并对调查结果进行了分析,提出了改善阅览环境、加强馆藏资源建设、加强教育宣传力度等对策。

A questionnaire survey on the utilization of books, satisfaction of collections and the service has been made among the readers in Zhejiang International Maritime College library. According to the results, some suggestions have been put forward to improve the reading environment, collection and propagation.
