益气温肾化痰祛瘀法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical study of treating angina pectoris by Yiqi Wenshen Huatan Quyu method

目的:观察益气温肾化痰祛瘀法治疗气虚血瘀兼痰阻心脉型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择冠心病心绞痛患者84例,随机分为两组,治疗组42例,对照组42例。对照组给予西药常规治疗14日。治疗组在西药常规治疗基础上给予"益气通痹汤",每日一剂,连服14日。结果:治疗组心绞痛总有效率和心电图总有效率分别为97.6%、95.2%,均显著高于常规对照组的88.1%、90.5%,(均P<0.01),治疗组治疗中患者硝酸甘油消耗量显著少于常规对照组(P<0.01),治疗组血液流变学指标治疗后的全血粘度、血浆粘度、血沉方程K值、血小板粘附率诸指标明显低于治疗前,且显著低于同期对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:益气温肾化痰祛瘀法治疗气虚血瘀兼痰阻心脉型心绞痛具有标本兼治的作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating angina pectoris by Yiqi Wenshen Huatan Quyu method, Methods： 84 cases of patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group （n= 42）, The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for treatment on 14th. The treatment group was given conventional western medicine treatment on the basis of the Yiqi Tongbi decoction, ltime per day, and even served on the 14th. Results： In the treatment group,angina pectoris total efficiency and electrocardiogram total efficiency of 97.6% and 95.2% respectively, which were significantly higher than 88.1% of the normal control group, 90.5% （all P〈0.01） in patients with nitric acid in the treatment groupglycerol consumption was significantly less than the normal control group （P〈0.01）, hemorheology of the treatment group after treatment of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, sedimentation equation K value, the various indicators of platelet adhesion rate was significantly lower than before treatmentand significantly lower than the control group （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating Qixu Xueyu and Tanzu Xiumai type angina pectoris by Yiqi Wenshen Huatan Quyu therapy has the role of tackling the problem.
