补气活血法治疗肝硬化血小板减少的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating cirrhosis platelet reduction with the Buqi Huoxue method

目的:探讨补气活血法对肝硬化患者血小板的影响。方法:82例肝硬化门脉高压患者。随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例。观察两组治疗前后门静脉(PV)内径、脾静脉(SV)内径、血小板的变化并进行比较。结果:治疗组缩小门静脉、脾静脉、升高血小板均优于对照组。结论:补气活血法能升高肝硬化患者的血小板,降低门脉压力。

Objective： To investigate the impact of the Buqi Huoxue method in treating cirrhosis platelet reduction. Methods： 82 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （42 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The portal vein （PV） diameter, inner diameter of the splenic vein （SV）, platelets change were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results： The efficacy of the treated was better. Conclusion： The Buqi Huoxue method could increase the platelets of patients with cirrhosis and reduce portal pressure.
