安度更年丸对围绝经期SD大鼠性激素及血脂代谢影响的实验研究

目的:观察安度更年丸对围绝经期SD大鼠E2、TC、TG、HDL-c、LDL-c水平的影响,探讨其机制,从而为临床防治围绝经期综合症及血脂异常提供理论和实验依据。方法:40只12月龄体重(400±50)g自然围绝经期SD大鼠为研究对象,将其随机分为模型组,安高组,安低组,乙烯雌酚组,每组10只,10只3月龄体重(200±50)g青年雌性大鼠作为对照组。灌胃4周后检测血清雌激素(E2)水平和血脂四项(TC、TG、HDL-c、LDL-c)。结果:安度更年丸能够提高围绝经期E2、HDL-c水平,降低TC、TG、LDL-c水平。结论:安度更年丸能够改善围绝经期性激素及血脂代谢,降低围绝经期的远期并发症。
