摘要
地租推进型通货膨胀是土地产品价格上涨推动的通货膨胀。地租分绝对地租和级差地租,它们都是土地所有权借以实现的经济形式。绝对地租在性质上完全依赖土地所有权,级差地租则还与地理位置、土壤肥力、追加投资等因素有关。绝对地租因应市场情况在数量上变化不定,级差地租总量呈现不断增加的趋势。地租总额受价值规律支配,绝对地租的存在是土地产品实物量与价值量增长脱节的主要原因。不断上升的地租,是通过土地产品的加价实现的,因此地租推进型通货膨胀的过程同时也是地租不断实现的过程。地租推进型通货膨胀应让其尽可能平稳推进,而不是将其消灭。
Rent - push inflation is the new inflation pushed by the rising price of land products. Rent in- eludes absolute rent and rank rent, which are resulted from land ownership right. Absolute rent wholly depends on land ownership right, rank rent is still affected by geographical position, soil fertility, added invest- ment, "etc.. Absolute rent is uncertain in quantity, rank rent total quantity keeps rising. Rent total quantity is ruled by the Law of Value, it is mainly absolute rent that separates land product quantity rising from land product value quantity rising. Since rising rent is added to land product price to realize, rent - push inflation is the same as rent realizing process. Rent -inflation should not be eliminated but pushed as possible as smoothly.
