塑性弹力夹板外固定治疗Colles骨折疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察手法复位塑性弹力夹板固定治疗老年Colles骨折的疗效。方法:治疗组40例采用手法复位塑性弹力夹板固定方法治疗;对照组42例采用手法复位小夹板固定方法治疗,随访6个月~2年。结果:治疗组优良率92.5%,对照组优良率83.3%,两组比较较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。 Objective:To observe clinical effects of manipulative reduction plastic stretch splint in treating elderly Colles fracture.Methods:40 cases in the treated group were given manipulative reduction plastic stretch splint;42 cases in the control group were given manipulative reduction and splinting treatment,follow-up 6 months to 2 years.Results:Excellent rate of 92.5% in the treated group;excellent rate of 83.3% in the control group;the differences were significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Manipulative reduction plastic stretch splint was effective in treating elderly colles fracture.
