切开复位AO三叶草钢板内固定配合中药治疗复杂Pilon骨折的效果

Effect of treating complex pilon fractures by opening reduction and internal fixation of AO clover plate plus TCM

目的:探讨切开复位AO三叶草钢板内固定配合中药治疗复杂Pilon骨折的临床治疗效果。方法:以2009年1月～2011年12月期间本院收治的72例复杂Pilon骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予单纯切开复位AO三叶草钢板内固定治疗,观察组给予切开复位AO三叶草钢板内固定配合中药治疗,按Mazür功能评价标准评价两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组优23例,良9例,可3例,差1例,优良率为88.88%,对照组优18例,良10例,可5例,差3例,优良率为77.78%,经统计学分析,两组的优良率之间具有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:在AO三叶草钢板内固定治疗的基础上加用中药治疗,能够提高复杂Pilon骨折的临床疗效,有利于患者的术后功能恢复。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect on treating complex pilon fractures by opening reduction and internal fixation of AO clover plate plus TCM.Methods：In our hospital,from January 2009 to December 2011,72 cases of complex Pilon fracture patients for the study were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group were given simple open reduction and AO clover plate fixation,the observation group were treated with open reduction and the AO clover plate internal fixation combined with TCM,the evaluation criteria to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients according to the Mazür function.Results：Excellent in 23 cases,good in 9 cases,3 cases,and poor in 1 case,the good rate was 88.88% in observation group,the control group were excellent in 18 cases,good in 10 cases,5 cases and poor in 3 cases,the good rate was 77.78% in control group.by statistical analysis,excellent rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions：The AO clover plate fixation plus TCM,can improve the clinical efficacy of the complex Pilon fractures,Cconducived to the patient＇s postoperative functional recovery.
