独活寄生汤加减联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症53例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 53 cases of lumbar disc herniation by Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus massage

目的:探讨独活寄生汤加减联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:97例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组53例采用独活寄生汤加减联合推拿治疗,对照组44例采用口服醋氯芬酸片联合牵引治疗。14d后比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组53例,治愈31例,好转18例,未愈4例,总有效率为92.45%;对照组44例,治愈12例,好转23例,未愈9例,总有效率为79.55%。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:独活寄生汤加减联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能明显改善患者腰腿部疼痛并利于活动功能的恢复,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus massage in treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 97 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, the treated group（53 cases） were given Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus massage treatment, the control group（44 cases）was given vinegar baclofen acid tablets plus traction treatment. Compared the efficacy after 14 days. Results： In the treated group of 53 cases, 31 cases were cured, 18 cases were improved,4 cases were uncured, the total effective rate was 92.45%; The control group of 44 cases, 12 cases were cured, 23 cases were improved, 9 cases were uncured, the total effective rate was 79.55%. The total effective rate of the treated group was better, differences were significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus massage is effective in treating lumbar disc herniation, worthy of clinical application.
