胆汁反流性食管炎是临床上较为常见的消化系统疾病,临床辨证以肝气郁滞,升降失调,胆汁上逆等实证所致者多见。笔者对临床所见脾胃虚弱型病例进行辨证治疗,总结观察,效果满意。
