摘要
目的:用益气通脉法治疗冠心病临床效果观察,为治疗提供依据。方法:选取临床143例患者,用益气通脉法为基础方,根据不同证型灵活加减药物,进行疗效观察。结果:显效79例,指胸闷胸痛症状消失,心电图恢复正常。改善55例,指胸闷胸痛症状减轻,心电图T波线有改善。无效9例,指无明显效果。总有效率93%。结论:益气通脉法治疗冠心病疗效明显,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Yiqi Tongmai therapy on treating coronary heart disease, provide the basis for the treatment. Methods： 143 patients were given the Yiqi Tongmai therapy-based approach, according to different type certificate and flexible drug to curative effects. Results： 79 cases were markedly effective, refers to the chest tightness chest pain symptoms disappeared, electrocardiogram is back to normal. Improved 55 patients, refers to the chest tightness chest pain reduce, electrocardiogram T wave line have improved. 9 cases failed, with no obvious effect means. The total effective rate was 93%. Conclusion： Treating coronary heart disease by the Yiqi Tongmai therapy has a good effect; it is worthy of promotion in the clinical application.
