主灶切开挂线支管开窗对口引流治疗蹄铁型肛瘘的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating horseshoe anal fistula by Zhuzao Qiekai Guaxian Zhiguan Kaichuang Duikou Yinliu method

为提高蹄铁型肛瘘的临床疗效,减少并发症和后遗症,我科采用主灶切开挂线支管开窗对口引流治疗蹄铁型肛瘘50例。并对其疗效进行观察。结果显示,50例患者中痊愈48例(96%),好转2例(4%),有效率100%。好转2例经二次手术治愈。平均住院时间24d。随访1年50例均无复发及肛门失禁等后遗症发生。结果表明,主灶切开挂线支管开窗对口引流治疗蹄铁型肛瘘,具有治愈率高,复发率低,出血少,疗程短,无肛门功能障碍等优点。

The of this study was to enhance the clinical efficacy of Zhuzao Qiekai Guaxian Zhiguan Kaichuang Duikou Yinliu in treating horseshoe anal fistula,and reduce complications and sequelae.50 patients were treated,and the clinical efficacy was observed.As results,48 cases were cured（96%）,2 cases were improved（4%）,the effective rate was 100%.The two improved cases were cured after the second surgical treatment.The average hospital stay was 24 days.50 cases were successfully followed-up for one year,and no such sequelae as recurrence and fecal incontinence were found.Results show that the procedure of Zhuzao Qiekai Guaxian Zhiguan Kaichuang Duikou Yinliu in treating horseshoe anal fistula has such advantages as high curative rate,low recurrence rate,less bleeding,shorter treatment course,and no dysfunction of anus,etc.
