巴莱多定律在提高静脉输液质量中的应用

The application of pareto principle to quality improvement of the intravenous infusion

目的:将巴莱多定律应用到静脉输液过程中,分出输液自始至终重要的部分,进行有效管理,以达到高效管理,提高静脉输液质量的目的。方法:依据巴莱多定律的原理,将静脉输液全过程分解为若干个操作组合,找出20%的重点内容,用80%时间和精力去完成20%的重点。结果:应用巴莱多定律,静脉穿刺操作用时缩短,患者对穿刺时、输注时、穿刺过程中移动时的疼痛感减轻,一次穿刺成功率和患者满意度明显提高。结论:在静脉输液中应用巴莱多定律,护理人员有针对性地与病人进行沟通,得到良好配合和规范操作,有效分配护理人员的精力和工作时间,可以提高静脉输液质量。

Objective： Appling the pareto principle to the intravenous infusion, focusing on the most important operations to achieve efficient management and better quality of the intravenous infusion. Methods： Divided the intravenous infusion process into several combinations of operations; figured out the important 20%, spending 80% of the time and energy on them. Results： Applying the Pareto Principle shortened the time of vein puncture, relieved the patients＇ pain during the puncture, infusion and movement. The success rate of puncture at first attempt was significantly improved, as well as the patients＇ degree of satisfaction. Conclusion： By applying the Pareto Principle in intravenous infusion, the nurses can have targeted communications with the patients to achieve better cooperation and more standardized operations. All these make best use of the nurses＇ energy and time, which finally improve the quality of intravenous infusion
