三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症62例病人的护理体会

Nursing experience on treating 62 cases of lumbar disc herniation with three-dimensional traction

对我院自2009年12月～2011年6月期间收治的62例腰椎间盘突出症病人采用三维牵引实施治疗,在牵引前做好心理护理以及健康宣教工作,同时注意牵引配合的注意事项以及做好牵引后的护理工作。62例患者均痊愈出院,随访效果良好。

In our hospital from 2009 December to 2011 June, 62 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with three-dimensional traction, before the traction, good psychological nursing and health education were made, and the attention of traction were noted and the nursing was done after traction. 62 cases were cured, the follow-up to good effects.
